Fantastic location on the edge of the Schumann city of Zwickau, just 5 minutes from the city forest, ideal for jogging or walking.
There are several parking spaces for your car in front of the house on the whispering asphalt road.
There is also a bus in front of the house to the city centre, which is 5 km away, or a tram is also available.our holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house.
It is a large flat for 2-3 persons with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, in total about 70m².
All rooms are fully furnished and the terrace adjoining the living room invites you to sunbathe or enjoy the evening sun.
