The house is located next to a pine forest in a small village Kaštel with a belleview on the Piran's bay and Sečovlje's salt-pans, an ideal and quiet place for relaxation.
Istrian village Kaštel is situated in Croatia, close to the Slovenian – Croatian border, 8 km from Portorož and 5 km from Adriatic sea.
