The house is at ground level, i.e. all rooms are on the same floor.
The large sandy beach and the palm promenade in the centre of Salou are 7 minutes away by car (2.5 km).
Even closer are Port Aventura, Ferrari Land, Aquapolis and Aquum Spa.
The villa has a spacious living room of approx. 55m2 and 4 large bedrooms between 16-25m2 and has a large garden with terrace furniture and deckchairs, barbecue area and beautiful trees.
The villa is surrounded by an organic farm consisting of fruit trees (apricots, oranges, lemons, limes, mandarins, figs, persimmons, pomegranates, pears, apples, quinces, etc.), olive trees and a pine forest.
You can eat the fruit from the trees yourself.
