Lovely and comfortable flat in the mountains, very close to the ski lifts/lifts Lovely and comfortable flat in the mountains, in one of the first apartment blocks built in Sauze, in old alpine style.
Located on the ground floor of a small two-storey condominium plus mansard.
The flat was completely renovated in 2017, offers a living area of 32 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is in the city centre, at the entrance of a ZTL ('limited traffic zone') towards the mountain.
Very convenient therefore to all the services that the town offers.The accommodation enjoys the possibility of an internal garage and a large external car park, protected by an entrance bar.
There is a common green area planted with trees, access to which is reserved from the garage, unfortunately difficult to use.
A large private ski box, which also serves as a cellar, is available inside the garage.The accommodation is on the ground floor on entering (communal entrance to the east), but the windows and balcony face the valley as if it were on the second floor above ground (west).
It consists of a small entrance hall which serves as a hallway.
Entering to the right we have a small chest with a coat rack.
Almost opposite we have the double bedroom with, under the bed, chests for storing suitcases or other bulkier luggage and a clothes cupboard with four drawers at the base; the room is completed by a French door leading onto the balcony.
Further to the right we have the living area, with a table, four chairs with cushions, and a TV corner.
There is a large window and a smaller one towards the corner dedicated to the kitchen.
The latter is equipped with a small refrigerator, a four-burner cooker and gas oven, and raised cabinets.
The living area is completed by a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults.
Small furnishing accessories make the room more comfortable.
To the left is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
A mirrored wall unit and a floor-standing cabinet complete the equipment.
Dogs are also welcome, although the flat is not large.The area where the flat is located, being central, is very convenient to all amenities (bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc.).
Very close to the ski lifts (winter) and downhill cycling (summer).
There is a very large ski box in the garage area.
It is adjacent to the ZTL, so you can get in and out with your car or motorbike at any time of day.
Sauze d'Oulx is a charming mountain resort.
Its ski area is part of the Via Lattea (400 km of slopes), which also includes the resorts of Sestriere, San Sicario, Cesana, Claviere and Monginevro (in France).
In summer, in addition to the various trails leading to Sportinia, Monfol, Seu, Tacher, Malafosse, etc., it is also possible to take military roads open to cars, the most famous of which is the one that leads to Fenestrelle in Val Chisone, following all the Alpine ridges up to the Finestre pass.
A well-known destination of the Giro d'Italia cycling race.Within the municipality of Sauze, there is a shuttle bus in winter and summer to other parts of the town.
