Upon entering the apartment, you will find on your left a pleasant air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for restful nights.
Nearby, a separate toilet and a modern shower room complete the sleeping area.
The bright, air-conditioned living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere.
This living space then leads to a charming terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the canals a truly picturesque scene at any time of the day.
Please note:
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
There is no internet access.
A parking space in a closed garage.
An ideal setting for peaceful holidays by the water.
NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided the booking is finalized and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided.
PLEASE LET US KNOW THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED SO WE CAN PREPARE THE LINEN ACCORDINGLY

Bed-making service available at an extra charge. -No linen change will be provided unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance (paid service). -No extra linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival. -An additional fee applies for any extra guest. -End-of-stay cleaning is not included optional cleaning service available. -Tourist tax to be paid separately. -Pets are not allowed (except with written authorization from the agency). -The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. -Security deposit via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival. Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning for 1-bedroom apartment : 95 €. Property managed by a professional.
