Wonderful location of the apartment in the annex of a historic farm - Haus Daniel - surrounded by meadows, forests, mountains, about 3.5 km from the center of Ruhpolding. Start directly from the accommodation to walks and hikes or enjoy on the common lawn. The cozy apartment with wooden ceilings and tiled stove has its own access via the beautiful bright winter garden. dogs on request.

Environment description
Directly opposite, you can reach the Unternberg with ski lift and chair lift in about 5 minutes by car. The cross-country skiing trails into the Brandertal leads below the mountain along the Urschlauer Aue, reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. The leisure park Ruhpolding (fairy tale park) can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Many excursion destinations such as Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg are nearby.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Freeway A8 direction Salzburg - exit Ruhpolding, then direction Brand - Freizeitpark. Good access. In winter access to Hasslberg one-way street, then please use 2nd entrance to Hasslberg.

Comfortable vacation apartment on two floors with two bathrooms. Own entrance above the beautiful, bright wintergarden. Eatingplace in the wintergarden. Cozy living room with tiled stove, comfortable sofa bed (extended lying surface 1.80 x 2 m) , open kitchen with dishwasher oven, induction stove. The bathrooms are located on the first floor and 1st floor. In the master bedroom on the 1st floor, there is 1 double bed (1.80m x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed in a sleeping alcove (0.9 m x 1.90 m) . Access from the bedroom to a small additional bedroom ca. 6 qm (children bedroom) with 1 bed (1.40 m x 2 m) , sideboard, small window, separated with a door. Access to the balcony from the master bedroom.
