The space: Located in the heart of Thessaloniki, this modern apartment is designed for comfort, flexibility, and a seamless city experience for up to six guests.
The layout includes a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, while the spacious living area features an additional double bed and a double sofa bed, making it perfect for families, friends, or group travelers.
The interior is bright and functional, offering a welcoming space to relax after exploring the city.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetops, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and complete dishes and silverware, along with a dining table for shared meals.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet, TV, washing machine, iron, clothing storage, and essential bed linens.
With a private entrance and suitability for long-term stays, the apartment offers independence and convenience.
Perfectly positioned in the city center, guests can easily explore Thessaloniki’s landmarks, shopping districts, restaurants, and nightlife on foot, making it an ideal base for both leisure and business travel.
We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government.All guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee.
This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is: €8 per night for apartments €15 per night for villas Please note: This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.
Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you.
However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
